Job summary

Renaissance Recovery Tennessee is seeking a Contracted Mental Health Group Facilitator to lead outpatient group sessions Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:40 PM. The role emphasizes evidence-based, trauma-informed care within a supportive clinical team.

As a 1099 contractor, you will manage group dynamics, ensure accurate documentation, and communicate observations to the team while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality standards in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

At Renaissance Recovery Tennessee, we support individuals in building healthier, more stable lives through compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment. We are currently seeking a Contracted Group Facilitator (1099) who is passionate about mental health and skilled in leading impactful group sessions.

This role offers weekday hours, a collaborative team environment, and meaningful work in outpatient addiction and mental health care.

Role Overview

• Facilitate mental health disorder groups using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups focused on coping skills, emotional regulation, and symptom management.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive group environment
• Complete timely and accurate group documentation and attendance records
• Communicate relevant client observations to the clinical team
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements
