Title: Mental Health Facility Administrator/Director
Role Description: Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Administrator directs and coordinates all aspects of the center’s overall program, including Program Services, Nursing Services, Administrative Department, Human Resources, Social Services, Therapeutic Recreation, and community relations. The Administrator ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Administrator is also responsible for the maintenance of Quality Improvement activities to ensure compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the Administrator supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing potential referral sources.

About the Campus: Our Crestwood San Francisco’s newest Crisis Stabilization Unit is a 16-bed facility located in the heart of the Tenderloin district. We are committed to stepping up as a premier provider and making a meaningful impact in this underserved community.This marks a significant milestone for Crestwood, as it’s our first intercity crisis program—one designed to address urgent needs in a densely urban setting.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
