Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Facility Administrator/Director to lead the center’s clinical and administrative operations, ensuring a compliant and effective program.

You will oversee nursing, social services, therapy, HR, and community relations, while maintaining quality improvement and regulatory reporting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in clinical settings with supervisory experience, and CARF/regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, RN, or related mental health field.
• At least five years in a clinical setting, including mental health, with two+ years in supervision.
• Regulatory experience and knowledge of CARF standards and crisis stabilization criteria.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all aspects of the center’s program, including clinical and administrative departments.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Support marketing efforts and network with referral sources.

Mental Health Facility Administrator/Director

Job Duties

The Administrator/Director directs and coordinates all aspects of the center’s overall program, including Program Services, Nursing Services, Administrative Department, Human Resources, Social Services, Therapeutic Recreation, and community relations. The Administrator/Director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Administrator/Director is also responsible for the maintenance of Quality Improvement activities to ensure compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the Administrator/Director supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing potential referral sources.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, RN, or a field related to mental health.
• A minimum of five years in a clinical setting, at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting, and two or more years in a supervisory capacity.
• Regulatory experience and knowledge of CARF standards and crisis stabilization criteria.
• Experience in working with health care and mental health regulatory agencies.

Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs) provide psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure, residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of stay. Crestwood’s Psychiatric Health Facilities (PHFs) are dedicated to restoring a sense of hope, self-empowerment, and realized potential of recovery in each of our clients. PHFs are for clients who require stabilization, medication management, behavioral interventions, psychotherapy, psychosocial education, and a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community. Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs) provide psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure, residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of stay.

Pay Range

Pay Range:: $130,000 USD - $160,000 USD
