Job summary

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a Mental Health Facilitator for our Day Treatment program. You will co-facilitate therapeutic groups, support meals and milieu interventions, and monitor client safety in an intensive eating disorder setting.

You will document services in the EHR and participate in treatment planning within a collaborative, compassionate team. You will work with therapists, dietitians, nurses, and psychiatrists, reinforcing coping skills and treatment goals while maintaining

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible mental health professional preferred.
• Group facilitation and crisis intervention experience desired.
• Experience documenting in electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
• Knowledge of eating disorder treatment approaches is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic, skills, and psychoeducational groups for day treatment clients.
• Support meal and milieu-based interventions to promote recovery.
• Monitor safety, participation, and mood; report concerns.
• Document clinical services in the EHR accurately and timely.

In this role, you will co-facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups, support meal and milieu-based interventions, and closely monitor client safety and engagement in an intensive eating disorder setting. Working within a compassionate, recovery-focused team, you’ll collaborate with therapists, dietitians, and medical staff, document services in the EHR, participate in treatment planning, and help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for adolescents and adults in care.

• Facilitate therapeutic, skills, and psychoeducational groups for day treatment clients with eating disorders.
