Job summary

MHMR Tarrant is seeking a Network Manager Court and Intensive Services to lead continuity of care and oversee court-linked behavioral health programs in the Fort Worth area.

The role requires strong supervision experience, a Master’s degree, and licensure as QMHP or equivalent with a Texas driver’s license; stakeholders include judges, jail staff, and community partners. MHMR offers a competitive benefits package and a focus on client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Defined Education: Human Services related field.
• Preferences: Licensed Professional, provisional license, or licensed as a LPC, LCSW or LMFT.
• Substitutions: Master’s Degree and three (3) years
• Years’ Experience: Five (5) years
• License/Certifications: Ability to be certified as a QMHP, Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Supervisory Experience: Two (2) years

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, planning, coordination, and supervision of OCR, EMHD, Peer Reentry, and AOT programs.
• Identify participants and oversee psychosocial assessments and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and program requirements.
• Collaborate with judges, jail staff, and community stakeholders.
