Qualifications

• Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Nursing, or related mental health field.
• Fully licensed in Wisconsin as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or APNP.
• Experience providing mental health counseling or behavioral health services.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling services to clients.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency policies and state regulations.

This position provides therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges. The counselor will work collaboratively with clients and other professionals to support emotional wellness, stability, and positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling services to clients
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
