Stein Counseling and Consulting Services, Ltd. in Onalaska, WI, invites two full‑time AODA Counselors to join our clinical team.

You will conduct intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and lead both individual and group therapy using evidence‑based practices. We welcome candidates with an active Wisconsin credential (CSAC, SAC, or SAC‑IT) and a commitment to trauma‑informed, culturally competent care.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin credential: CSAC, SAC, or SAC-IT.
• Knowledge of current best practices in substance use disorder treatment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to trauma‑informed, culturally competent, client‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical intake assessments, substance use disorder evaluations, and individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence‑based practices.
• Address co‑occurring mental health needs within scope of practice.
• Coordinate care with internal teams, families, and community partners.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with DHS75 and agency standards.
• Uphold all legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
