Riverside Community Care is hiring a Mental Health Counselor for a Group Living Environment in the Worcester area. You will support adults in ACCS homes, helping them build independence with compassionate guidance and daily living skills.

Join a dedicated team focused on recovery, collaboration, and person-centered care. The role requires evening and weekend hours, a valid driver's license, and strong communication. Full-time schedule, competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours; valid driver's license and transportation.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS diploma with related experience also acceptable.

Schedule

Full Time, 40 hours

• Sunday through Thursday and Tuesday through Saturday schedules available! Mixed shifts required.

Pay Rate

$21.37/hour

Required Skills

• Must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
