Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Worcester is seeking a Mental Health Counselor for Group Living Environments. You will support adults in building independence through daily living guidance and collaborative care in the ACCS program.

The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care with evening and weekend hours and a focus on recovery, wellness, and community integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required
• One year related experience preferred (in recovery model/addictions a plus)
• Excellent communication and teamwork are essential

Schedule

Full Time, 40 hours

• Sunday through Thursday and Tuesday through Saturday schedules available! Mixed shifts required.

Pay Rate

$21.37/hour

Required Skills

• Must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language) required
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours required. Must have valid driver's license and available, dependable transportation and be willing to provide transportation to persons served in personal vehicle, as needed

Required Experience
