This role is full-time (40 hours per week) within the hours of Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm.

Location: Madison, WI.

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans per DHS 35 regulations.
• Provide evidence-based therapy and maintain a consistent weekly caseload (approx. 70% of time in direct client care).
• Attend mandatory weekly supervision, training sessions, and collaboration meetings (especially for interns/in-training).
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including session notes, CPT coding, treatment plans, and revisions.
• Track and meet assigned weekly billable hour requirements; notify team if at risk of falling short.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and other staff on complex cases and treatment plans.
• Manage administrative tasks such as session scheduling changes, referrals, client audits, and supervision documentation.
• Participate in community outreach, staff meetings, policy development, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Remain up-to-date on state regulations, CEUs, and licensing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related mental health field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
