Work across The Woodlands, Conroe, or Huntsville with options for telehealth. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 per year plus benefits and potential signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s Degree in a related mental health field.
• Texas licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Associates or provisionally licensed roles start at $45,000.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CEUs to keep your state license valid.
• Collaborate with front office to complete intakes and assign clients.
• Develop and manage therapy caseload for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Complete reports, client notes, treatment plans, safety plans, and continuity of care.
• Occasional after-school or weekend hours to build a solid caseload.
• Provide in-office sessions at The Woodlands, Conroe, or Huntsville, TX, with telehealth as needed.
• W2 employment with health insurance and possible signing bonus.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• MaintainallCEUsrequiredtokeepyourstatelicensevalid.

• Workincollaborationwiththefrontofficetocompleteintakestohelpassignwhichtherapistinourofficeisthebestfitfortheclient.

• Completetherapyforchildren,adolescents,adults,couples,orfamilies.Developyourowntherapycaseloadwiththespecificpopulationsthatyouenjoyserving.

• Completereports,clientnotes,treatmentplans,safetyplans,orcontinuityofcare.

• Afewafter-school/after-work/weekendhoursaweekwillhelpcreateasolidcaseload.
