Job summary

The Lighted Path LLC in Wisconsin is seeking compassionate licensed mental health therapists to provide evidence-based psychotherapy to kids, teens, couples, and individuals in a private practice setting. You will work with families and individuals to address a range of mental health concerns while receiving administrative and clinical support.

Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of behavioral management, diagnostic evaluation, and collaborative care within a private office environment,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Valid therapy license as an Independent or Non-Independent Mental Health Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to each client's needs, clinical presentation, and treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and client records in accordance with practice policies and applicable regulations.
• Provide client-centered care to individuals with diverse identities, backgrounds, and life experiences.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Wisconsin Independent and Non-Independent Licensed Mental Health Therapists: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMHC, LMSW, LMAFT therapists.

The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to kids, adolescents, couples and/or individuals facing various mental health challenges, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and approaches.

This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral management, diagnostic evaluation, and the ability to address a variety of mental health issues in counseling. The therapist will work collaboratively within a private office setting, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive care

tailored to their unique needs.
