The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $99,231, providing a competitive base pay that reflects the responsibilities and skills required. In addition to the base salary, employees are entitled to comprehensive health insurance coverage, which includes medical, dental, and vision plans. To qualify, you must hold a master's degree in counseling or a related field. A valid license to practice as a mental health counselor in Florida is required. Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to address clients' mental health needs.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Attend staff meetings, workshops, and continuing education courses to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of the mental health field.

Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or a similar credential in the state of Florida.
• Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
