About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Conductcomprehensive biopsychosocial assessmentsto evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Provideindividual, couples, family, and group counselingusing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Developpersonalized treatment planstailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timelyclinical documentationin the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, includingnurse practitioners and licensed mental health professionals, to ensure holistic and effective client care.
• Support clients across thelifespan(children, adolescents, adults, and older adults) in bothin-office and telehealth settings.
• Foster a welcoming, professional, andclient-centered therapeutic environment.
