Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to provide mental health, behavioral, and/or substance use services in Massachusetts and surrounding areas. The role offers in-office, in-community, and telehealth options, with a primarily pediatric caseload and a Monday–Friday schedule, some after-school hours.

New graduates are welcome. The position includes a new hire bonus and potential monthly productivity bonuses, along with a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for licensure supervision

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or related graduate degree including MSW with licensure.
• Complete full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting.
• Must be license eligible by State.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable vehicle required.
• Strong communication skills with ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
• Empathetic listener with ability to provide guidance.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, responsible attitude with compassionate approach.

Salary $60,000 unlicensed, $65,000 Licensed

Mental Health Clinician

Share your passion, commitment, and clinical skills with a dynamic team! Our Clinicians provide mental health, behavioral, and/or substance use services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. We provide community-based services both in office/in community, with the option for telehealth based on individual needs. Current caseload is primarily children.
