The role you’ll contribute:

The Consultant is a licensed clinical professional (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW) who is a key member of the healthcare team working with AdventHealth CFD team members and leaders. They utilize professional therapeutic skills to address barriers to mental and emotional health, supporting the organization’s brand promise to Feel Whole. The Consultant works closely with team members to provide support services, psychological first aid, work-related coping, bereavement, and navigation to resources within AdventHealth and the community. They provide coaching and intervention and are part of a multidisciplinary team that offers crisis support. The role involves actively participating in outstanding customer service and maintaining respectful relationships with all.

• Serves as a consultant and educator regarding psycho-social components of mental health illness, tailored to the needs of healthcare workers and their ongoing well-being.
• Provides short-term supportive clinical interventions and resource navigation to resolve issues or work-life concerns, conducting mental health rounding.
• Provides immediate crisis intervention services during or after critical incidents.
• Participates in leading Whole Person Care Conferences to support moral injury debriefing.
