People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Clinical Trainee to join the Family Life Mental Health Clinic in Minneapolis, MN. The role supports client recovery with evidence-based practices, diagnostics, and individualized treatment planning.

The position offers full-time hours with evening coverage and potential telehealth after the introductory period. Unlicensed Trainee salary ranges from $62,000 to $68,500 plus a $1,000 hiring bonus for external candidates.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a behavior science or related field.
• 1 year of full-time experience with serious mental illness or substance use disorders.
• Working toward clinical licensure with required supervision hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client mental health services with proper documentation.
• Provide program or divisional clinical supervision to staff.
• Co-sign treatment plans, documentation and interactions with program staff as required.
• Lead with clinical expertise and support staff in delivering services.
• Collaborate to ensure license requirements and training compliance.
• Provide therapy in area of specialization as needed.
• Assist in developing specialized training for clinical staff.
• Serve as program lead in absence of manager or supervisor.
