Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Must qualify as an MHP or QMHP per Illinois Dept. of Mental Health Rule 132.
• Evidence-based practices knowledge required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Ability to complete documentation in the electronic health record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family and group counseling.
• Complete necessary documentation within established timeframes.
• Undertake primary case management for designated clients.
• Coordinate services with community resources.
• Present workshops and trainings to clients, families, and staff.
