Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides diagnostic assessment and initial treatment planning.
• Delivers individual and group counseling and education.
• Performs crisis intervention as needed.
• Makes referrals and links to other services.
• Develops individualized treatment plans and maintains required documentation.
• Maintains contacts with outside agencies and advocates for clients.
• Meets performance standards and participates in trainings.
