Endeavor Health is seeking a Mental Health Clinical Therapist I to perform psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and conduct individual and group counseling. This role will coordinate with family members, community providers, and the care team to ensure comprehensive discharge planning.

The position requires licensure in Illinois and CPR certification, with CPI training within 90 days of hire. The role is full-time, on-site at LOH-Mill Street, with day hours and a competitive hourly

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in social work or related mental health field.
• Knowledge of developmental psychology and disease pathology.
• Ability to summarize clinical information in medical records.
• Ability to remain self-controlled in volatile situations.
• Maintain therapeutic boundaries with clients during treatment and discharge.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and obtain collateral data for care.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Lead daily group and individual counseling sessions.
• Provide educational and aftercare support for patients and families.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate medical records and prepare court-related reports.
