Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Medical Assistant to provide ongoing care for patients in a clinic setting under supervision. Responsibilities include greeting patients, recording vitals, administering therapies and medications, and maintaining accurate charting.

The role requires current state licensure, at least 1 year of related experience, BLS certification, and EMR/EHR proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a related clinical position.
• Current/active state license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience with an EMR/EHR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and management of clinical therapies under the direction of the Physician.
• Greet and room patients, obtain weight and vitals, review medical information and current medications, start and administer therapies.
• Review screeners and alert physician if abnormal scores are reported.
• Provide clear patient instructions and education regarding treatments.
• Maintain all clinical logs to ensure compliance and accuracy.
