REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking a Caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Minnesota. Earn $20.90 per hour and follow a schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and alternating Saturday/Sunday 2:00 pm–10:00 pm.

You will assist with personal hygiene, support daily living activities, and help participants achieve goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. A High School Diploma and at least six months in human services are preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants set and work toward developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Foster meaningful relationships and help participants participate in the community.
