Job summary

Malvern Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Clinical Aide for the Willow Grove campus, 7:00am - 7:30pm. This entry-level position offers full benefits and eligible shift differentials.

Duties include patient care under clinical staff, documentation, and ensuring safety within a therapeutic milieu. Qualifications include high school diploma with relevant health-treatement experience or a related degree; CPR certification preferred and de-escalation training valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in related mental health discipline preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with experience in chemical dependency or mental health treatment setting required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Verbal de-escalation training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the safety/wellness and well-being of patients.
• Helps patients by providing information, services and assistance.
• Maintains a safe, neat and clean environment to facilitate patient safety.
• Assists with family visits and acts as liaison with 12‑Step volunteers.
• Documents significant interactions in the electronic medical record.
• Responds to and directs emergency situations when necessary.
