Hampton Behavioral Health Center in Westampton, NJ is seeking a Mental Health Associate to provide direct patient care under RN supervision. The role focuses on assisting with activities of daily living, guiding patient care plans with a compassionate, firm approach, and documenting progress.

The full-time position runs 7am–7pm, 3 days a week (36 hours) with rotating weekends; opportunities to cover additional shifts may arise. Training and feedback support the treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and encourage appropriate behavior.
• Lead patients in treatment plans with compassionate but firm guidance.
• Meet with assigned patients daily and report progress to the treatment team.
• Assemble and escort patients for meals, programs, court, clinics and other activities.
