Formación

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years’ relevant mental health experience.

Responsabilidades

• Observe and assist assigned mental health patients and help with daily living activities, therapy, and socialization.
• Maintain a therapeutic environment in the psychiatric unit and ensure safety of patients and staff.
• Attend group therapy, in-service education, and staff meetings.
• Record information about patients including vital signs, weight, glucose monitoring, and demeanor.
• Communicate with the patient's family as needed.
