Job summary

Responsibilities

• Orient patients to the hospital setting, rules and regulations, patient rights and treatment team system.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu for patients and employees at all times.
• Record observations and vital signs; report findings to the charge nurse.
• Admit, transfer and discharge patients; assist in emergencies and drills.
• Participate in daily team meetings to set goals and plan interventions.
