Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more experience working with the specific population of the facility preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire) or First aid may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services under clinical or nursing leadership.
• Document timely, accurate clinical information in patient records and report observations.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort and a positive environment; assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Coordinate transportation or accompany patients as required and support educational-rehabilitative groups.
