Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate staff.
• Maintain patient census database.
• Process and manage MO round sheets and patient tracking.
• Provide real-time scheduling support.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
