Job summary

Henry Ford Health's Jackson hospital campus in mid-Michigan seeks an Access Center Clinician to provide evidence-based care to patients with mental illness and/or substance use disorders in emergency and inpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling (LPC) required.
• Full licensure as LMSW or LPC, or limited licensure as LLMSW or LLPC; must obtain full licensure within 12 months of 4,000 supervised hours.
• Behavioral health experience and crisis intervention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care to patients with mental illness and/or substance use disorders in emergency and inpatient settings.
• Conduct clinical assessments to determine patient needs and develop care plans.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment.
