Qualifications

• Master¿s degree LMSW with two years supervising clinical care programs.
• Experience in assessment, treatment planning, staff recruitment, and admin management.
• Budget development, expense management, and revenue enhancement.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and measure outcomes of care programs.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic plans alongside Leadership Team to ensure high-quality social work care.
• Oversee accreditation and licensing processes to maintain compliance and stability.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff to build a strong and engaged workforce.
• Manage budgets, reduce expenses, and maximize revenue to ensure financial health.
• Develop and expand services to grow the business and meet community needs.
• Lead academic initiatives to position us as the educator of choice for trainees in psychiatry, medical, and graduate-level social work/psychology.
