Job summary

Mendix, a Siemens business, is growing its Presales team in the United States and seeks a customer-focused Presales Solution Architect to accelerate digital transformation using Mendix low-code, Generative AI, and ICX. You will partner with prospects, customers, sales teams, and partners to demonstrate how Mendix, ICX, AI, and enterprise data can be combined to deliver innovative business solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Mendix application development, architecture, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG architectures, vector databases, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience integrating AI services with enterprise applications and business processes.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to both business and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer business and technical challenges and identify opportunities for Mendix, ICX, AI, and enterprise data solutions.
• Qualify opportunities with sales teams and develop a clear technical strategy to advance the opportunity.
• Shape the evaluation with demonstrations, workshops, architecture exercises, or proofs-of-concept.
• Design solution architectures leveraging Mendix, ICX, AI services, and enterprise systems.
• Conduct workshops, architecture sessions, and executive briefings.
• Address questions and objections with credible recommendations for stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the evaluation and transition to implementation.
