Job summary

Hammer Made in Pittsburgh is seeking a polished retail stylist to join our team as a brand ambassador for repeat and new clients. You will provide a consultative shopping experience and help clients find exceptional, limited-run shirts in premium fabrics.

The role is part-time with variable day/evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. You will build a personal client book, meet sales goals, maintain floor presentation, and collaborate with other stores to grow the Hammer Made brand.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Interest and knowledge in current fashion trends and men's apparel.
• Strong selling skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Client-first mentality in interactions.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Attention to detail in presentation and stock.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to receive feedback and act on it.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive, consultative environment for clients setting Hammer Made apart.
• Actively build and maintain a personal client book for repeat business.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain immaculate floor presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Participate in visual merchandising to promote sales and traffic.
• Assist with in-store events and promotions to grow the client base and Hammer Made brand.
• Collaborate with other store locations and outside partners as needed.
