Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience.

• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive consultative environment for the client.
• Build and maintain a personal client book to drive repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets monthly.
• Maintain floor presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with in-store events and promotions to grow the client base.
• Collaborate with nearby store locations and partners as needed.
