Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Denver is seeking a Spa Attendant to maintain spa facilities, assist guests with appointments, and ensure a high standard of hospitality. The role emphasizes courteous service, cleanliness, and smooth operation of spa spaces within a luxury hotel setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in hospitality or fitness-related work, good communication, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent customer-service and communication skills required.

BASIC PURPOSE:

   Maintain cleanliness, set‑ups and spa standards in the locker rooms, work out areas, tennis and games room,

   
   


2. 
   

   Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort

   
   


3. 
   

   Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures

   
   

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. 
   

   Set‑up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, tennis, pre‑treatment area and games room.

   
   


2. 
   

   Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.

   
   


3. 
   

   Assist guest to their appointments as they relate to the Spa services

   
   


4. 
   

   Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

   
   


5. 
   

   Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.

   
   

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. 
   

   Assist guests with use and set‑up of fitness machines, croquet, tennis equipment,

   
   


2. 
   

   Liason/introduce guests to spa services practitioners (massage therapists, fitness instructors and tennis pros, etc.)

   
   


3. 
   

   Retrieve and fold towels

   
   


4. 
   

   Retrieve, deliver, and store/set‑up products from purchasing

   
   


5. 
   

   Clean and stock waiting area

   
   


6. 
   

   Assist other staff with set‑up and breakdown of their respective treatment areas (massage therapists, fitness instructors and tennis pros, etc.)

   
   

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Education: High school education or equivalent experience

Experience: 6 months in hospitality industry work and or fitness, health club related work

Hours required: Eight hour shift; scheduled days and times may

vary based on need.
