Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Men’s Layers Merchandiser to manage development and execution of the seasonal assortment at our Carlsbad, CA HQ. Join a fast-paced retail environment, align product strategy with Vuori’s brand, and help uncover growth opportunities across channels.

This onsite role requires merchandising experience in performance apparel, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on delivering compelling seasonal lines. Local candidates in the San Diego area preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• 1+ years of merchandising experience.
• Strong eye for trend right product that aligns with the brand aesthetic.
• Must be organized, attentive to detail, and able to multi-task.
• Strong communication skills and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop assortment strategies across E-comm, Store, Wholesale, and international channels.
• Build seasonal and annual line plans for Men’s Layers.
• Support planning with investment strategy and monthly buy process.
• Pull historical and current data to inform decisions.
• Provide insights to senior leadership with reports and presentations.
