Hammer and Nails - Grooming for Guys is seeking a Nail Technician to join our team. You will provide manicures, pedicures, and nail care in a stylish, welcoming environment, delivering high-quality service to our male clients.

You will assess clients’ needs, recommend products and services, and help grow our grooming memberships. The role requires sanitation discipline, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a manicurist or nail technician.
• Certification in cosmetology or a state nail technician license is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality manicures and pedicures, tailored to client preferences.
• Consult with clients to understand their nail care needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat visits.
• Promote and sell grooming products and memberships to enhance the client experience.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior nail techs as needed.
