Qualifications

• 5-10 years of ministry experience is preferred.
• Experience in discipleship with college students.

Responsibilities

• Disciple students in individual relationships and small groups.
• Organize and lead weekly CCF meetings and Bible studies.
• Prepare and execute outreach and community events at UNI.
• Assist with retreats and camps.
• Visit local churches for donor relations.
• Collaborate with campus ministers on statewide initiatives.
