Alpha Grand Rapids seeks a Men’s Center Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the AMC, ensuring adherence to board-approved policies and AGR values. You will guide staff and volunteers, coordinate major programs, and report to the Vice President of Client Services.

The role emphasizes program development, client services, fundraising participation, and strong leadership in a faith-based community outreach setting in Grand Rapids, MI.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Social Work, Human Resources, Ministry, or related field.
• Prior leadership experience: at least five years in a leadership capacity including organizational leadership in ministry or community outreach.
• Language: English required; bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable.
• Skills: strong organizational, administrative, managerial, communication, and public speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Center management: oversee AMC daily operations and ensure alignment with AGR values.
• Client management: recruit clients, coordinate with medical staff, provide counseling and referrals.
• Volunteer management: supervise Step Up, Fatherhood Group, and other volunteers.
• Program management: establish policies, select curricula, measure outcomes, manage resources.
• Administrative: manage budgets, data accuracy, and reporting.
• Communication: provide updates and assist with publications and events.
