Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, Sport Management, or related field.
• Collegiate coaching or playing experience.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, instruction, practice management and game-day planning.
• Support student-athlete welfare and development.
• Recruitment activities compliant with NCAA/SCIAC rules.
• Oversee facility safety, access and event support.
• Attend department meetings and contribute to program administration.
