Job summary

Boston Rugby Football Club (BRFC) is seeking a knowledgeable rugby coach for the fall season. This part-time, stipend-based role focuses on developing and executing strategy for both backs and forwards, as well as a tactical area (attack/defense).

The coach will also serve as the gameday coach for BRFC's Division 4 team. Originally founded in 1960, BRFC competes in New England and national circuits with a strong coaching culture and commitment to player development.

Job description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and committed rugby coach to join the BRFC men’s 15s coaching staff for the fall season. This is a part-time, stipend-based role ideal for a coach looking to develop their craft in a competitive club environment. A successful candidate will own development and strategy for a player group (backs/forwards) and a tactical area (attack/defense), along with being the gameday coach for the Division 4 team.

Originally founded in 1960, the Boston Rugby Football Club (BRFC) honors a 60+ year tradition of playing quality rugby in New England and nationally. BRFC competes in NERFU Division 2 and Division 4 and is proud of its longstanding commitment to player development, a strong coaching culture, and contributing positively to the rugby community across New England.

BRFC fields two Men’s 15s, three Men’s 7s side, and an Under-19 side. Our focus is to provide an environment that fosters individual player growth and leads to success at all levels.
