Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter in Ohio to greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide buying decisions. You will maintain stock, keep pricing accurate, and support seasonal merchandising while contributing to a legendary customer experience.

You will work with a team to provide friendly service, handle transactions, and promote Club memberships and pickup options as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a high school education or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately on a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products and answer questions to aid buying decisions.
• Replenish shelves and maintain attractive, accurate pricing and signage.
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Assist with seasonal merchandising and floor moves.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and well stocked.
• Promote Bass Pro Clubs and in-store pickup programs.
