• Set and achieve personal sales goals and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Show up for your team every shift and contribute to a positive environment.
• Able to commit to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Follow Up with customers using the 2-2-2 method and Nordy Club enrollment.
