• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery, and bi-annual inventory count.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, and contribute to a positive team environment.
