• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking and merchandising tasks
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource
• Be a team player, support department goals, and adapt to flexible hours.
