Draper is seeking a Microfab Wet Etch Engineer to join the MEMS-focused microfabrication facility in Cambridge, MA. You will work in a clean room environment developing MEMS devices and sensors, collaborating with hardware and software teams to advance concepts such as interpose and wafer-level packaging.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or physics, 3–5 years of MEMS experience, and experience with wet etch processes and chemical safety.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics required.
• 3-5 years of Microsystems Engineering or related experience.
• Experience developing processes for Wet Etch and managing chemical safety is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Designs and develops MEMS devices/sensors, schematics and layouts.
• Assesses performance and process capabilities of MEMS designs.
• Tests and evaluates devices using tools, protocols, and software.
• Analyzes reliability, yield, and failure modes; develops production methods for MEMS.
• Drafts documentation and communicates results to teams.
