Job summary

Rogue Valley Microdevices, based in Medford, Oregon, seeks a Process Engineer II to drive MEMS processing from substrate through dicing, including developing improvements in process performance and tool capability. The role includes independent development work and potential white paper collaboration.

The position also carries training responsibilities, delivering internal presentations to technicians and providing hands-on instruction as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; minimum 2 years hands-on MEMS/related industry experience.
Ability to learn quickly and perform under high-pressure environment.
Willingness and ability to work extended hours in a cleanroom.
Proven capacity to work independently and in a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency with standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

Develop new processes and tooling capabilities to support internal processing.
Execute customer-specific projects and coordinate with project manager for updates.
Support production in troubleshooting process and equipment issues.
Document and communicate DOE results and robust processes.
Provide technical support for technicians and transfer processes from engineering to production.
