Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated in Dallas seeks a Process Development Team Leader for the MEMS/Sensor group. Lead a 4–5 engineer team across fabs, defining roadmaps and coordinating with vendors to meet program goals, focusing on robust MEMS process development and high-volume manufacturability.

You will apply materials science and chemistry knowledge, manage projects using JMP/Spotfire, and present results to cross-functional teams to enable new MEMS technologies from feasibility to ramp.

Qualifications

• Solid background in semiconductor fab processing and MEMS product development.
• Experience leading a 4-5 engineer team and coordinating across fabs.
• Strong data analysis with JMP/Spotfire and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive process and device improvements through characterization, testing, DOE, data analysis and simulation.
• Collaborate with process, integration, reliability, packaging and test engineers to achieve goals.
• Optimize resonator performance with product groups to meet device parameters.
