Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a Process Development Engineer to advance MEMS resonator devices for volume production within the analog technology development team. You will lead characterization and optimization of devices and processes to ensure robustness and manufacturability while meeting electrical performance targets.

Qualifications

• Masters or higher in a related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Experience in MEMS or semiconductor device development preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive process and device improvements through characterization, DOE, data analysis and simulations.
• Collaborate with process, integration, reliability, packaging and test engineers to achieve goals.
• Coordinate with product groups to optimize resonator performance to meet critical device parameters.
