Job summary

Texas Instruments invites new graduates to join the 12-month TMG Development program under CAP. A Process Development Engineer will develop, characterize, and optimize MEMS resonator devices to meet volume production targets as part of the analog technology development team.

Responsibilities include driving process and device improvements through experimentation, data analysis and DOE, and collaborating with process, reliability, packaging and test engineers to deliver robust, manufacturable

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related engineering field is required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive process and device improvements through characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis and simulation
• Work with process, integration, reliability, packaging and test engineers to achieve goals
• Collaborate with product teams to optimize resonator performance for robust, manufacturable devices
