Qualifications

• 3+ years in semiconductor or sensor packaging/process development.
• Demonstrated experience with detailed semiconductor processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify new package types and assembly processes.
• Plan reliability and environmental qualification testing.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
